Terms and Conditions

By purchasing from and becoming a member of Residualincomeblaster.com LLC.com you acknowledge and agree to the terms and condition specified below.

This agreement is made between the "member" (may also be referred to as "the customer" or "affiliate") and Residualincomeblaster.com LLC (the company). All members must be of at least eight-teen years of age. Residualincomeblaster.com LLC reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time without notice to the member. It is the responsibility of all members to be up to date with this agreement.

The cost to purchase the Residualincomeblaster.com LLC digital products collection Social Follow is a monthly fee of $20. Phase 2 of the ResidualIncomeblaster.com LLC digital products and trainings is a monthly fee of $50. Phase 3 of the ResidualIncomeBlaster.com LLC digital products and trainings is a monthly fee of $250. Phase 4 of the ResidualIncomeBlaster.com LLC digital products and trainings is a monthly fee of $1,000. The monthly fees from Phases 2, 3 and 4 are deducted directly from commissions.

In return of these payments, the members receive access to the Residualincomeblaster.com LLC digital products collections and all live and recorded trainings in addition to a lifetime membership into the Residualincomeblaster.com LLC affiliate program if he or she desires. All sales are final, since products are available for download immediately upon payment. All payments made are non-refundable with the exception of certain situations. These situations are described below. These situations include but are not limited to the customer's inability to download the products due to technical issues that are the fault of ResidualIncomeBlaster.com LLC, fraud including payment received from a stolen credit card or a hacked AlertPay or SafePay Solutions account, and sales generated by members using unethical means of advertising and promotion.

The membership fee may be paid by major credit/debit cards and bank transfers via AlertPay, or any merchant payment processor that ResidualIncomeBlaster.com, LLC chooses to extend to its members. An excess number of credit card payments from a member, company, or an organization may result in a delay or a cancellation of payment of commissions and/or a halt of the user's account. A single individual may not make more than 3 credit card payments. All commissions are also paid via AlertPay. Residualincomeblaster.com LLC may also charge a small fee for sending a member's commissions to his/her Alertpay or any other payment processor account. If payment was received from the member via some other processor or method other than AlertPay, then we reserve the right to pay commissions via the same processor or method that was used to receive the payment.

All members are neither employees nor independent contractors of Residualincomeblaster.com LLC. Membership is completely voluntary and may be canceled at any time at the request of the member. No refund of monies paid will be refunded. You must be an active member in good standing to receive commissions.

User membership may also be terminated or temporarily suspended and commissions can be with held without notice if a member is found of violating the terms and conditions, using illegal methods of promotion, performing actions considered "fraud", or cheating the system in any way what so ever. Affiliate member earnings are automatically calculated by the Residualincomeblaster.com LLC system based upon the compensation plan outlined on the "Details" page of Residualincomeblaster.com LLC.com. Residualincomeblaster.com LLC reserves the right to properly calculate and amend a member's commissions, as well as amend the compensation plan. Any earnings or income figures presented on this website are not guaranteed to any member for simply joining the program and promoting. Members earning are based upon the number of referrals/sales they make.

ResidualIncomeBlaster.com, LLC is a business that graduates you through all 3 phases of the training. By accepting these terms and conditions all members will be promoted and billed from their earnings or through their own decision to excellerate their purchase of product prior to receiving commissions by making the required product and training purchase at their descretion prior to receiving any earnings or commissions. ResidualIncomeblaster.com, LLC requires you to utilize all 3 phases of the business plan to receive the training and tools offered by ResidualIncomeBlaster.com, LLC. All members agree to promote and sell the product as described by ResidualIncomeblaster.com, LLC and agrees not to change or deviate from the description as stated by ResidualIncomeblaster.com, LLC. Any member who does not follow the policies of ResidualIncomeblaster.com, LLC understands that ResidualIncomeblaster.com, LLC will reserve the right to suspend or terminate that persons membership with no notice temporarily or permanently.

Members may not promote Residualincomeblaster.com LLC in any way considered objectionable or illegal by all applicable laws of the United States and the country of where the member resides. Members must always represent themselves in an ethical manner that does not harm or bring the reputation and credibility of Residualincomeblaster.com LLC into doubt.

Spamming is absolutely prohibited and will result in cancellation of member's account. Abusing Residualincomeblaster.com LLC's "Tell Friends" tool constitutes spamming. Members may use the tools provided to promote Residualincomeblaster.com LLC, including banners, replicated sites, and emails. Members may not cross promote to other members who are not their direct referrals.

Residualincomeblaster.com LLC will not be held liable for any damage, including financial, that might occur before, during, or after a member's experience with Residualincomeblaster.com LLC. Members join at their own risk and may cancel their account and thus forfeit their commissions at any time. No refunds will be given. There is no guarantee of any earnings either.

Residualincomeblaster.com LLC will also not be held liable for any damage or financial loss caused to the customer/member by any third parties including payment processors.

All members are responsible for keeping record of and reporting their earnings for tax purposes. Residualincomeblaster.com LLC is not responsible for issuing any documentation regarding earnings. All customer/member information is kept confidential and will not be solicited nor sold to any third parties. Residualincomeblaster.com LLC reserves the right to email and contact members regarding Supreme businesses and other business opportunities as well. All logos and graphics on Residualincomeblaster.com LLC.com are copy right protected. Residualincomeblaster.com LLC Refund Policy Specification as noted above.

We offer a 3 day money back guarantee on all Alert pay credit card purchases only in the even the proprietary tools in the members area have not been accessed or utilized.

Residualincomeblaster.com LLC Commission Qualifications

There is no sales or sponsoring requirement to earn in phases 1 and 2. To earn in phase 3, you must sell one product package; to earn in phase 4 you must sell two product packages.
